NOVEMBER
Sat. 11/01/08 – IMEA District Jazz Festival at IWU – all day
*Wed. 11/11/08 – *All School Mass
*Thurs. 11/20/08 – *Barnes and Noble Fundraiser – Shop at Barnes and Noble and a percentage of your purchase will be donated to the CCHS music department. * Choir will perform from 3:15-3:45pm at the store *
Sat. 11/22/08 – IMEA Music Festival at ISU – all day
ALL Students are encouraged to come and watch the district choir and band perform that evening if they are not participating in a group
*Wed. 11/26/08 - * All School Mass – 9am – Early Dismissal
Thurs. 11/27/08 and Fri. 11/28/08 – No School
DECEMBER
Tues. 12/2/08 – Music Parent Meeting 7pm in the CCHS choir room
Thurs. 12/11/08 – 7pm – CCHS Band Christmas Concert
*Thurs. 12/18/08 – 7:30pm –* CHOIR CHRISTMAS CONCERT
All Choirs will perform
Concert Dress is Mandatory
Meet in the choir room at 6:30pm in concert clothes
*Fri. 12/19/08 - * Choir Final 10am
Christmas Break begins - Music Department Bowling and Pizza Party following early dismissal from school
Sat. 12/20/08 – Christmas Caroling at OSF Hospital – open to all CCHS students and families. Please sign up with Mrs. Myers in advance. Time TBA (usually in the morning)
Sat. 12/20/08-Sun. 1/4/09 – Christmas Vacation- No School
