Chili Dinner - January 9th
Please sign up to help Music Parents at their major fundraiser for the year -- the Chili Supper. This fundraiser does not benefit student accounts.
ISU Catering - Banquet server
There are several opportunities to work for ISU Catering as a banquet server. This pays $6 per hour toward your student's account.
The hours are very flexible. Please see the online signup for details for opportunities from January through May. For dates listed that say any combination of hours, it's recommended that you select at least 2 to 3 hours.
CCHS Girls Basketball Concessions Sign-up Added
This fundraiser earns money toward student's accounts.
Every date for concessions is listed on the sign-up sheet. We must have at least 2 adults running concessions at all times. Students should only signup using the volunteer row. Adults may signup as an adult volunteer or volunteer.
There are 90 students in the Music Department. To allow everyone to participate, families may sign up for 1 event per student at this time. After Dec 5, you may signup for more.
Procedures for operating the concessions stand are in the manual and also on the Music Parents Association website.
Also, we need help with food pickup/delivery before each event. If interested or have any questions, please contact Anita Thul.
Last minute cancellations - please find a sub and contact Anita Thul to ensure the concessions stand has enough workers.
ISU Concessions Sign-up Added
Please sign up if you're interested and available for any dates listed. If we have enough people available by the due date listed, we will contact ISU to reserve a Concessions spot.
Several dates for ISU concessions are listed to operate either the Popcorn or Dippin' Dots stands which only require 2 people at a time. If there's more interest on a date than open slots, please email Anita Thul. We'll see if additional or larger stands are available.
We must have at least 1 adult working at concessions at all times. Students should only signup using the volunteer row. Adults may signup as an adult volunteer or volunteer.
Please note the due date for each opportunity. If we have enough volunteers by the due date, we will contact ISU and you'll be contacted with details on which stand we will run. If we don't have enough volunteers for an event, you will be contacted as well, to know we were not able to schedule concessions.
