
Lesson-Menu Development
Objective: Enable students to become proficient with clip art, tabs, and page formats.
Assignment: Each student should develop a menu of his or her choice for a restaurant.
Requirements: Must use at least the following:
1. 2 pieces of clip art
2. 2 different size fonts
3. 4 Food Divisions
4. Description of each type of food with their prices
5. No Alcohol is allowed at you establishment
6. If possible, Include your name as a part of the design
-ex. Jessica’s Juice Bar
7. One Piece of Word Art
Grading: 100 Point Project

25 Points- Food Types and Division
25 Points- Food Description and Prices
25 Points- Overall Look and Format
